Finding Balance in Your Life
Where is your life out of balance?
What causes you more stress?
money -- or lack of it
or
time -- or lack of it????
God said to Adam and Eve as God was
creating every living thing:
"Prosper! Reproduce! Fill the
earth! Take charge! Be responsible . . . for every living thing that
moves on the face of the earth." (Genesis 1:28, The Message)
That is, God is giving us the job of
stewards of God's creation -- of all that God has given us, and this
earth. The Greek word for steward has the root as our word for
economics" household manager -- the one in charge of well being, the
peaceful and balanced life of the household. This includes the economics
of the monetary resources as well as the time resources of the house.
