Where two or three are
gathered in my name, I am there among them. Matthew 18:20
Worship is a time where:
-
Space is
provided for the Spirit to fill folks with joy and renewal;
-
Prayer is a part of
all that we do;
-
A relevant message is
spoken, and discussed, and applied to our daily lives;
-
The music is joy
filled, inspiring, and reflective of the world’s religions.
(Drummers welcomed!)
Our service of worship
honors the ancient patterns of ritual, while including the world’s
diversity of songs and movement. This means that the service of
worship is truly indigenous in that it reflects many peoples of many
times and cultures as well as our own post-modern diverse
neighborhood.
The Eucharist of God,
that is communion, is offered weekly and is open to all, who are
hungry, including children of all ages. We are an inclusive and
reconciling community, offering God’s hospitality to everyone. We
believe that this is God’s gift to all, and Jesus is the host of
this meal.
Baptism is available to
all who long to be a part of Christ’s body called the church, and is
celebrated among the community of believers on Sundays.
Services are held:
